Chain-service experience
We know the real usage intensity and replacement rhythm of stores — specs come from commercial floors, not catalogs.
About Trendz
Trendz develops custom tableware and kitchenware for restaurant chains — from Japanese-format concepts to high-volume kitchens across North America, Oceania, Japan and Korea.
We are a supply-chain management hub, not a single factory. Product planning, industrial design, material engineering, quality testing and cross-border logistics run as one program, integrating vetted manufacturing resources across porcelain, melamine and stainless steel. Chain restaurants do not buy tableware once; they re-buy every season across every store — and that continuity is what we manage.

Our story
Our experience comes from the commercial floor: multi-store chains, Japanese-format service, and the daily wear that catalogs never show.
Working with chain clients taught us where tableware actually fails — breakage, batch color drift, discontinued SKUs and compliance gaps. So we built our programs around those failure modes: reinforced bodies, batch color control to ΔE≤1.5, under-glaze laser marking, and quality documents that travel with the goods. Development runs from spec to store-ready delivery, in-house.
Our capability
Material platforms, controlled processes and quality standards for multi-store operations.
How we work
The three things chain buyers hire us for.
We know the real usage intensity and replacement rhythm of stores — specs come from commercial floors, not catalogs.
Reinforced compounds, under-glaze laser logos, exclusive-shape tooling: from material engineering to molds under one roof.
Fast sampling, stable batches, on-time replenishment and complete compliance paperwork — surprises handled as daily routine.
Test records, batch data and compliance files built into production, for markets from North America to Japan and Korea.
